It is my pleasure to be able to officially welcome you to the Nigerian Pidgin Wikiquote! Congratulations and thank you for all your efforts that have led up to this point! The wiki was created a few days ago, and I have now finished importing all the content from the Incubator.
When a wiki is brand new, there are some things that may not work as expected. For instance, the statistics in Special:Statistics (and by extension, in "magic words" such as {{NUMBEROFPAGES}}) may be incorrect, but that should solve itself within 24 hours.
On a brand new wiki, it is up to you, the community members, to "fill in the blanks" and create the infrastructure. I would strongly suggest you start by creating a Village pump page where you can hold discussions and reach consensus on things, such as electing administrators (unfortunately, test adminship doesn't "transfer over" from the Wikimedia Incubator).
I know that most of you are already very experienced Wikimedians, so hopefully you have a good idea about what you need to do. Still, a good place to look to for inspiration is the Small wiki toolkits starter kit. And if you need any help, feel free to reach out to me. I don't know how to fix everything, but I'm usually good at finding the people who can.
